Trinidad Benham Corporation in Dallas, TX is seeking a Production Lead for 1st shift to coordinate and drive production activities under the Production Manager. You will lead the BRG Packaging team to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.

Ideal candidates have strong supervision experience in manufacturing, excellent communication, and the ability to train staff. The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Capable of training/coaching direct reports.
• Ability to plan and organize workload and manage time.
• Proactive with continuous improvement mindset.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute production activities to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Lead and coach the BRG Packaging team to maximize efficiency.
• Set and communicate daily production goals; minimize downtime.
• Review efficiencies and implement improvements for optimum operations.
• Ensure staffing aligns with production goals and coordinate with management.
• Escalate issues to Production Manager and coordinate with maintenance.
• Provide training for new hires and existing staff.
• Comply with SQF, GMP and company policies; complete paperwork accurately.
