Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Willing to work overtime on short notice, including weekends.
• Experience in packaging/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong teamwork and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine set-up and operate the equipment.
• Monitor box quality and communicate issues to operators and helpers.
• Ensure finished boxes are stacked properly for palletizing.
• Follow factory cards and operator instructions accurately.
• Support maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Collaborate with crew for maximum efficiency of operation.
