Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a skilled machine operator for our Pennsylvania packaging manufacturing facility. You will run production equipment, perform quality checks, and lead a machine crew during setups to keep lines running smoothly and meet daily output goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong safety background and good attendance record.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and be good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to maintain steady workflow.
• Ensure high-quality product off the machine.
• Perform quality checks for required dimensions and zero defects.
• Lead machine crew during setups/changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and complete reports.
• Complete necessary reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
