As a team member, you will assist with setup, monitor box quality, stack finished boxes, follow instructions, and help meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work overtime.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Able to work in a temperature-variable manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup per proper techniques.
• Monitor box quality and report issues.
• Ensure finished boxes are stacked for unitizing.
• Able to understand and follow instructions on factory cards and from the operator.
• Maximize equipment utilization by assisting the operator.
• Assist with training helpers on the machine.
• Complete production, status, safety, and quality reports.
• Submit maintenance work orders as needed.
• Be proactive in equipment maintenance.
• Comply with safety and housekeeping policies.
• Follow production schedule and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Report scheduling issues to Supervisor.
• Work with crew for maximum efficiency.
• Switch duties as required.
• Attendance and timeliness are required.
