Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a First Shift Forklift Driver to handle material outdoors from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Responsibilities include operating a lift truck, loading/unloading lumber and steel, and maintaining accurate inventory records while providing timely, accurate order correspondence.

The role offers 100% outdoor work, with possible overtime and location-based pay differences based on experience. Minimum one year forklift and warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating lift truck to load/unload lumber and steel products.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks and railcars using lift truck equipment.
• Reliable transportation to report to scheduled shift and travel between facilities as needed.
• Demonstrated accuracy in counting and completing paperwork.
• Previous knowledge or a desire to learn about the product being handled.
• Positive, clear, and professional communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a lift truck to pick orders, load and unload trucks and railcars.
• Perform inventory control activities to ensure accurate product records.
• Serve our customers through providing accurate correspondence on inbound and outbound orders.
