Warehouse-Specialists,-LLC-2 in Dallas, TX is seeking a First Shift Forklift Driver to support outdoor operations and maintain steady hours from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The role requires outdoor work, reliable transport, and a readiness to travel between facilities as needed.

Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.50 per hour, depending on experience, with overtime opportunities and a direct report to the Facility Manager.

Qualifications

• Lumber and steel experience preferred.

Join our team as a First Shift Forklift Driver (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) and play a vital role in keeping our operations moving! Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, you’ll enjoy steady hours, hands-on outdoor work, and opportunities for overtime.

This position is 100% outside. Starting pay $20.00 to $22.50 per hour to start depending on experience.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Operate a lift truck to pick orders, load and unload trucks and railcars
• Perform inventory control activities to ensure accurate product records
• Serve our customers through providing accurate correspondence on inbound and outbound orders

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience operating lift truck to load/unload lumber and steel products.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks and railcars using lift truck equipment
• Reliable transportation to report to scheduled shift and travel between facilities as needed
• Demonstrated accuracy in counting and completing paperwork
• Previous knowledge or a desire to learn about the product being handled
• Positive, clear, and professional communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 1 year of previous lift truck experience. Minimum 1 year of experience working in warehouse environment
• Lumber and Steel experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work outside the entire shift.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 60 pounds
• Must be willing and able to slide, push, or pull cases up to 60 pounds
• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms that are provided by the company.
