Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Related experience in mixing, blending, or food manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Must complete designated training and qualification requirements for mixer systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixer systems and monitor gauges, flow meters and thermometers.
• Follow recipes and batch records; document production data accurately.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and equipment cleanliness across shifts.
• Record product movements and ingredient additions on batch sheets.
• Work bid shift, overtime and weekends as required.
