Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years in manufacturing preferred.
• Able to read English instructions, blueprints, and shop orders.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand shop travelers and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate various machinery per department processes.
• Evaluate product quality and document data in systems.
• Record defects and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain clean, safe production areas and follow EHS rules.
