Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years in manufacturing preferred; aerospace/AS9100 a plus.
• Ability to read English instructions, blueprints, and shop orders.
• Able to stand and lift 10-40 pounds; safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job orders and customer specs.
• Set up and operate machinery per processes.
• Evaluate product quality against procedures.
• Verify previous operations and confirm quantity.
• Document data on shop orders and in systems.
• Maintain clean, safe production area.
• Follow safety training and PPE requirements.
• Cross-train on other equipment.
