Job summary

CHASE is seeking an experienced Metal Finisher/Batch Finishing Associate to join a growing manufacturing team in the Villa Rica/Douglasville area. The role focuses on preparing metal components for assembly and finishing by buffing, grinding, routing, sanding, and polishing to meet strict quality standards.

Candidates should have 2+ years of recent manufacturing experience, with metal finishing or related production experience required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of recent manufacturing experience.
• Metal finishing or grinding/polishing experience required.
• Background check and 10-panel drug screen required.
• Steel toe boots required.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Buff, grind, sand, polish, and finish machined metal parts to meet quality standards.
• Prepare components for assembly, coating, or outside processing.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, buffers, and finishing equipment safely.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality specifications are met.
• Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and manufacturing instructions.
• Report damaged materials or production issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
