Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a dependable Production Finisher / Deburring Associate to join our manufacturing team on the first shift. You will sand, buff, grind, and deburr metal components to meet quality standards and customer specifications.

This full-time role on the first shift offers a stable schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with opportunities to develop manufacturing and metal finishing skills in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, finishing, grinding or deburring is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive work with accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Sand, buff, grind, and deburr manufactured parts and components
• Remove sharp edges, excess material, and imperfections from finished products
• File and finish parts according to production requirements
• Inspect parts to verify quality and conformance to specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
• Enter and maintain production information using computer systems as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned
