Strong blueprint reading and hands-on fabrication skills are needed, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced production setting.

1st shift: Monday–Friday 5:00 AM–3:00 PM with occasional Saturday OT; Hanover, PA location. Pay range is $22–$26 per hour, based on experience and skill level.

Qualifications

• Blueprint reading required.
• Hands-on fabrication ability.
• Ability to work in a production environment with changing priorities.
