Cannonball Recruiting LLC is seeking a skilled Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator/Welder for a fabrication shop that handles stairs, rails, and other metal projects in the Hanover area.

You will read blueprints, align and weld parts, operate an overhead crane, and use saws, grinders, and notchers. A strong grasp of basic math and the use of hand tools are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and layouts per specifications.
• Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form units.
• Weld in MIG, Flux Core, and/or Stick processes.
• Experience operating an overhead crane.
• Experience with fabrication equipment such as saws, pipe notchers, and grinders.
• Understanding basic math, geometry, and fractions.
• Use of basic hand tools, torches, and jigs.

Responsibilities

• fabricate and weld miscellaneous metal components for stairs, rails, and other projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and layouts to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Operate overhead crane and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.

Fabricator/Welder (Misc. Metals)

Shift: Pay: $22-30/hr.

Description:

• We are seeking skilled Miscellaneous Metals Fabricator/Welder for a fabrication shop that specializes in construction projects such as installing stairs, rails, and other miscellaneous metal projects.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read Blueprints and conduct layouts in accordance to the specifications
• Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form units
• Ability to Weld in the following processes: MIG, Flux Core and/or Stick
• Experience operating an Overhead Crane
• Experience with fabrication equipment such as saws, pipe notchers, and grinders
• Understanding Basic math, geometry, and fractions
• Use basic hand tools, torches, and jigs
