Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing, Inc. is hiring for an entry-level Mechanical Assembly on 1st shift, 6:00 am–2:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The role involves manual labor across departments based on shop load, assembling components with power tools, and performing quality checks.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and a willingness to cross-train. The company emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous training in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Select, measure and align parts or subassemblies for production.
• Operate power tools and equipment to assemble components.
• Perform quality checks and functional tests to identify defects.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and report hazards to supervisors.
• Cross-train and perform other tasks as needed.
• Maintain safety regulations and clean work area.
• Adhere to all housekeeping procedures.
