Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing in Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level Mechanical Assembly for first shift (6am–2pm). This role focuses on hands-on assembly across departments based on workload, with training provided.

You'll select components, operate power tools, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot issues while maintaining safety and housekeeping. The company offers robust benefits, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for growth in a growing metal fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform precise measurements using a tape measure.
• Must possess a positive, 'can do' attitude.
• Able to work within a team environment and willing to follow direction.

Responsabilités

• Select components and subassemblies for production, measure and align them.
• Operate power tools and manufacturing equipment to assemble components.
• Perform quality checks and functional tests to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Troubleshooting assembly issues and reporting malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Willingness to cross train and perform other job tasks when necessary.
• Follow and maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain safe work area.
• Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
• Strong work ethic.
