Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing is seeking a General Laborer for 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm) at our Wisconsin facility. This entry-level role involves manual labor across departments depending on shop load and demand, including light assembly and packaging.

You will work as part of a team and cross-train as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Able to work within a team environment and follow direction.
• Positive, “can do” attitude.
• Basic math skills and ability to take precise measurements with a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Perform general laborer duties across departments as needed, including light assembly, simple machine operation, packaging, shipping and receiving.
• Willing to cross-train and perform other tasks as required.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and a clean work area.
