You will work in a team, perform duties such as light assembly, packaging, and shipping, and may cross-train to support operations. The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Able to work within a team environment and follow direction.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform precise measurements using a tape measure.
• Willingness to cross-train and perform other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties including light assembly, simple machine operation, packaging, shipping and receiving.
• Willingness to cross-train and perform other job tasks when necessary.
• Follow and maintain safety regulations and keep a clean work area.
• Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic.
