Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Operator for 1st shift in New Brighton, MN. You will assemble components, test assemblies to specifications, and pack products, ensuring quality and efficiency on the line.

In this role you will promote 5S and contribute to improving methods and daily output while supporting Safety and Health initiatives on the production floor. The position requires physical fitness and safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and using blueprints is required.
• Experience using hand and power tools is required.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting and lowering up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and test assemblies to documented specifications.
• Pack products after testing.
• Support and promote 5S in the workplace.
• Contribute to development of better methods and increased daily output.
• Offer ideas to improve Safety and Health (AWAIR) programs.
