Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking an Assembly Operator for our Delavan, WI team. You will perform assembly, testing and packaging of utility pumps, including oil fill, electrical connections, and decal application. You will conduct quality checks and ensure conformance to standards while supporting a collaborative, detail-oriented team environment.

Shift: 1st, Monday–Friday with overtime opportunities. Steel-toed shoes required; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of recent manufacturing experience.
• Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs.
• Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
• Teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations to assemble, test and package pumps.
• Conduct oil fill and electrical connections; apply decals.
• Administer high-pot and unit performance tests per standards.
• Perform final packaging operations and in-process quality checks.
• Identify and correct non-conformances.
