Pentair plc in New Brighton, MN is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Operator for the 1st shift. You will assemble pump components using hand and power tools, test assemblies to documented specifications, and package finished products.

Role requires blueprint reading, mechanical aptitude, and ability to stand for extended periods. Shift is 4:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Thursday, with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with potential increases after proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and using blueprints is required.
• Experience using hand and power tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, and test the assembly to the documented specifications and packing products.
• Support and promote 5S in the workplace.
• Willingly contribute to development of better methods and increased daily output; suggest improvements to Safety and Health programs.
