Job summary

Inmar Intelligence is seeking a Material Handler to support processing of returned items in a warehouse setting. The role emphasizes attention to detail, SOP adherence, and physical tasks across scanning lines and storage areas.

Responsibilities include lifting, opening containers with box cutters, verifying RA documentation, data entry, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Forklift use is optional if certified, with opportunities for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or 2 years warehouse experience; or equivalent.
• Able to follow standard operating procedures and safety rules.
• Able to work in a non climate controlled environment and handle overtime.
• Able to push a cart or hand truck up to 100 yards and use a pallet jack.
• Able to read Return Authorization paperwork and identify items.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move boxes to and from scanning lines.
• Open boxes of returned items with a box cutter.
• Visually match RA information to paperwork and items.
• Follow instructions for discrepancies noted.
• Prepare paperwork for scanning and enter data into the system.
• Place items into totes and label for scanning.
• Move pallets to storage and label for storage.
• Stock totes at scanning lines and maintain a clean workstation.
• Operate forklift for movement if certified.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
