Job summary

Inmar Intelligence is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations focused on processing returned and recalled items. Under direct supervision, you will follow SOPs, ensure accuracy, and maintain safety on the line.

You will lift and open boxes, verify Return Authorization details, prepare paperwork for scanning, and move items through the processing flow using totes and pallets. Forklift certification is a plus for heavier loads.

Qualifications

• High School (or its equivalent) or minimum two years of warehouse/production experience.
• Able to follow standard operating and safety procedures.
• Able to work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
• Able to push a cart or hand truck up to 100 yards; able to use a pallet jack.
• Able to grasp and use box cutters and seal zip lock bags.
• Able to work under time pressure and meet production goals; able to work overtime as needed.
• Able to assist with other warehouse operations as needed.
• Able to handle hazardous waste materials with appropriate safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move boxes to and from the scanning lines.
• Open boxes of returned/recalled items with a box cutter.
• Visually match or identify the Return Authorization information to verify items.
• Prepare paperwork for scanning and enter information into the system.
• Place items processed into a tote and label with RA and tote barcode.
• When scanning is complete, add totes to a pallet and label for storage; move pallets as directed.
• Stock empty totes at scanning lines and remove trash from scanning area.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and area.
• If forklift certified, operate forklift for movement on the processing floor.
