Job summary

Inmar is seeking a Material Handler to support the processing of returned/recalled items in our warehouse. Under direct supervision, you will lift and move boxes, open containers, verify RA paperwork against items, and ensure accurate scanning and storage.

The role requires attention to detail and adherence to SOPs. Qualifications include a high school diploma or two years of warehouse experience, ability to follow safety procedures, and readiness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; or 2 years of warehouse/production experience.
• Able to follow standard operation and safety procedures.
• Able to work in a non climate-controlled environment.
• Able to push a cart or hand truck up to 100 yards and use a pallet jack.
• Able to use box cutters and seal zip lock bags.
• Able to work under time pressure and meet production goals and overtime as needed.
• Able to assist with other warehouse operations as needed.
• Able to handle hazardous waste materials with proper safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move boxes to and from scanning lines.
• Open boxes of returned/recalled items with a box cutter.
• Visually match RA information to paperwork and items to verify accuracy.
• Prepare paperwork for scanning and enter data into the system.
• Place items into totes, label with RA and tote barcode for scanning.
• Stack totes on pallets and label pallets for storage.
• Move pallets to storage as directed; stock totes and maintain cleanliness.
• Operate forklift if certified and assigned.
• Perform other duties and follow all policies.
