Job summary

thyssenkrupp is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead I to oversee daily operations on the warehouse floor and coordinate activities for the assigned area. You will train staff, ensure on-time completion of tasks, and interact with customers at multiple management levels.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage up to 15 staff, and adherence to health and safety policies. This is an on-site position within the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a team lead or supervisor is preferred.
• Ability to manage a team of up to 15 people.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working with data entry on tablets and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Manage/coordinate and monitor activities of the assigned work area.
• Provide on-the-job training as needed.
• Interact with the Customer at all levels of Management.
• Ensure completion of work and customer requirements while complying with all quality/safety processes.
• Provide input to Onsite Manager regarding performance.
