Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years prior experience in cGMP / FDA regulated industry.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience required.
• Color perception exam required; must pass.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff in daily work; ensures SOPs, cGMP, and safety compliance.
• Oversees label printing activities and ILP scheduling to meet production demand.
• Prepares daily/weekly/monthly reports and performance metrics for improvements.
• Maintains safety and regulatory inspections readiness; coordinates with Quality.
