Epredia is hiring a 1st Shift Operator, Manufacturing at our Kalamazoo site. This role runs equipment, performs routine quality checks, and ensures smooth manufacturing processes. You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate in fluent English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Fluent English—speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and run production lines.
• Perform routine quality checks on finished goods.
• Complete production work orders accurately and on time.
• Set up equipment, perform changeovers, and conduct basic preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with GMP.
• Follow safety rules and SOPs, document actions clearly.
