Job summary

Epredia in Kalamazoo is hiring a 2nd Shift Operator, Manufacturing to run equipment, perform routine quality checks, and ensure smooth production. You will follow GMP, participate in 5S/PPIs, complete changeovers, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with shift premium; benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching up to 6%, and an annual incentive bonus plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and complete paperwork.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and run manufacturing processes.
• Perform routine quality checks and inspect finished goods.
• Complete work orders, set-up/changeover, and basic preventative maintenance.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; follow GMP and safety regulations.
• Participate in 5S, PPI and other continuous improvement projects.
