Epredia in Kalamazoo, MI is hiring a 2nd Shift Operator to join our manufacturing team and support production with equipment operation and quality checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow SOPs and provide clear documentation.
• English fluency required - speak, read and write clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and package finished goods with quality checks.
• Complete production work orders accurately.
• Perform equipment setup and changeovers; basic preventive maintenance; clean area and facility.
• Apply GMP principles in all areas of responsibility.
• Participate in Practical Process Improvement (PPI), 5S, and lean projects.
• Comply with safety and regulatory regulations and procedures.

We're seeking a reliable and motivated 2nd Shift Operator, Manufacturing to join our production team. This role is responsible for running equipment, performing routine quality checks, and ensuring smooth operation of manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities

• Tasks associated with the operation, inspecting and packaging of finished goods, including quality checks (visual inspection of parts for defects - fill levels, packaging and others)
• Completing production operations work orders accurately
• Performing equipment set-up and change over, basic preventative maintenance, cleaning of equipment, work area and facility while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Applies Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) principles in all areas of responsibility
• Participate in Practical Process Improvement (PPI), 5S, and other continuous improvement and lean projects
• Comply with safety and regulatory regulations, policies, and procedures
• Exercise proper lifting, bending, and twisting techniques

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent and Can lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS), provide clear documentation and complete appropriate paperwork.
• English language fluency required - including ability to speak, read and write without assistance
