Job summary

Qualifications
- A college degree or equiv training in a related area.
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience leading technical teams.
- Experience with industrial maintenance equipment and electrical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance technicians to install, maintain and repair equipment.
- Drive safety initiatives and maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Plan and justify costs for preventive and project maintenance.
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve operations and reduce costs.
- Develop and mentor technicians to meet maintenance objectives.
