Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator in American Fork, UT for the 1st shift (8:00 am–4:30 pm). You will operate assigned machines to support consistent production output, ensure proper documentation, and maintain a clean and safe work area on the production floor.

The role emphasizes attention to quality, safety, and the ability to detect malfunctions and fix issues during the shift. Packing, loading/unloading, and ensuring finished work meets specifications are part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions.
• Willingness to fix issues that might occur during the shift.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure finished work meets specifications.
• Comfort working with production documentation and process monitoring requirements.
• Reliability and consistency to support daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines to support production output.
• Meet production requirements consistently throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area on the production floor.
• Pack finished materials into dunnage and load/unload as needed.
• Check that finished workpieces conform to specifications and document accordingly for process monitors and production tickets.
