Job summary

Red Gold, Inc. is seeking a General Machine Operator for 1st shift to support Production or Packaging departments. The role involves performing a variety of tasks, following instructions, and ensuring accuracy in paperwork and operations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be detail oriented, and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Overtime and shift flexibility are required to meet fresh pack needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience acceptable in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Understand and carry out basic instructions while performing manual labor tasks.
• Use basic math, writing, and reading skills to complete paperwork and projects.
• Maintain good communication and accuracy in all duties.
• Be flexible, multi-task, and able to learn and operate multiple production/packaging equipment.
• Keep area and equipment clean and neat; perform changeover activities as required.
• Work 45–60 hours per week with occasional overtime.
