Job summary

Matthews International in Richmond, IN is hiring a full-time, first shift Machine Operator / Press Helper. The role supports setup, calibration and operation of production machines, ensuring parts meet tolerances.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as with internal and external clients.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Possess a mechanical aptitude with the use of hand and power tools.
