Job summary

Matthews International in Richmond, IN is hiring a full-time, first shift Machine Operator / Press Helper. The role supports setup, calibration and operation of production machines, ensuring parts meet tolerances.

Matthews International has a stamping facility in Richmond, IN and we are hiring for a full time, first shift, Machine Operator / Press Helper.

The Machine Operator assists with the setup, calibration, and operation of machines used in production processes. This role inspects machine operations and finished product against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools and determines and corrects minor machine malfunctions.

Requirements
