Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a 1st Shift Machine Operator to keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position offers a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM day shift with a pay rate of $15.50 per hour.

Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Willingness to learn and operate different production equipment.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is helpful but not required.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor production machinery per procedures.
• Assist with product processing, ingredient weighing, and equipment operation.
• Monitor processes to ensure quality and food safety standards.
• Identify and report equipment issues or safety hazards.
• Complete production paperwork and quality records accurately.
• Follow company policies, GMPs and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary work area.
• Assist coworkers to keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
