Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods is seeking a Machine Operator 1 for our Production team. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot basic food processing equipment to produce intermediate products. This role requires reliability, safety awareness, and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities include loading materials, adjusting settings, inspecting output, and maintaining a clean, sanitary work area. Prior machine operation and food industry experience are preferred; a team-oriented mindset is

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery is preferred.
• Food industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic machines to combine raw and processed ingredients into intermediate food products.
• Set up machines for production runs, load materials and adjust settings.
• Observe machine operation to ensure quality and conformity to company guidelines.
• Inspect parts to specifications and adjust or change tools as needed to maintain quality.
• Clean and sanitize machines according to guidelines and specs.
• Ensure product date, weight, and temperatures are within guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Display positive attitude toward people, equipment, and policy.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Follow HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices.
