Job summary

Pratt Industries in Tulsa is seeking a Machine Helper for 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM). You will assist in machine setup, operation, cleanup and troubleshooting to keep production safe, efficient and in line with quality standards.

You'll work with a team to meet schedule, monitor equipment, perform basic maintenance, and document production data. Prior corrugating experience is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of experience in the corrugating industry preferred.
• 6 months of experience as a Flexo or DieCut Helper preferred.
• 6 months of experience in Press and Finishing Departments preferred.
• Basic instruction follows for machine adjustments and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
• Set up slotting, feed, and die-cut sections on machines.
• Assist machine operators and operate equipment as needed.
• Meet production schedules and proactively resolve challenges.
• Train and assist fellow team members and maintain equipment.
• Document production data and report progress in a timely manner.
