Pratt Industries, Cedar Hill is seeking a 1st Assistant to support machine operators on production presses. You will help with setup, operation, cleanup, and suggest improvements to keep safety and quality at the forefront while meeting production schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED) with at least 6 months' corrugating experience; you will monitor board quality, perform basic troubleshooting, and train newer team members as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months’ experience in a similar role in the corrugating industry.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks; lift and move materials.
