Pratt Industries is hiring a Machine Helper for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) in Oklahoma City. This hands-on role supports the Machine Operator with setup, changeovers, and production activities in a fast-paced corrugated manufacturing environment.

You will keep materials available, monitor quality, assist with handling and packaging, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace while learning operation procedures and continuous improvement practices.

Formación

• Experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Ability to operate or assist with industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Machine Operator with setup, changeovers, and production tasks.
• Keep materials and supplies ready to support production.
• Help move and handle products safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and report concerns.
• Assist with counting, stacking, packaging, and documenting production activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Learn machine operations and safety procedures through hands-on training.
