Job summary

Action Research Corporation (ARC), a division of HEICO Corporation, in Greer, SC, seeks a first shift Shipping/Receiving & Inventory Specialist to support growing demand. You will handle inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, and ERP documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2–5 years shipping/receiving experience required.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems is a plus.
Experience with UPS/FedEx and other online shipping programs.
Experience with ACE and international shipping preferred.

Responsibilities

Examine inbound shipments, verify paperwork, and record in ERP.
Prepare documents and physical inventory for work orders.
Ensure outgoing shipments are processed and packaged to meet customer requirements.
Organize stock locations for efficient picking, counting, tracking.
Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock needs and quality issues.
Ensure physical inventory matches ERP records.
Participate in quarterly and annual inventory counts.
Suggest process improvements to management.
Maintain high quality of work for internal/external interactions.
Balance workload with minimal supervision.
Keep workspace and inventory areas clean and organized.
Communicate effectively with team members.
