Job summary
Action Research Corporation (ARC), a division of HEICO Corporation in Greer, SC, is seeking a Shipping/Receiving & Inventory Specialist to support growing demand. Responsibilities include examining inbound shipments, preparing documents, and maintaining inventory in ERP with accuracy.

Qualifications
- Detail oriented and organized, able to work under pressure.
- PC skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must communicate effectively in English.
- Basic math and measurement skills for inventory tasks.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and handle physical tasks.
- Comply with DOT drug and alcohol program requirements.
Responsibilities
- Examine inbound shipments and verify paperwork; record in ERP accurately.
- Prepare documents and inventory for work orders.
- Process outgoing shipments to meet customer requirements; maintain records.
- Organize stock locations for efficient picking and counting.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and perform quarterly/annual counts.
- Suggest improvements to department processes and procedures.
- Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
