Job summary

RJW Transport, Inc. in Forney, TX seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead 1st shift IC teams across multiple facilities. You will drive the flow of inventory, coordinate with night/day shifts, and ensure compliance with processes and client requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising clerks and leads, conducting audits, generating reports, and ensuring timely packaging, receiving, and invoicing of stock. Forklift experience is required, with WMS exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in warehouse supervisory/management.
• Forklift and cherry picker/high lift experience expected.
• Experience with WMS software a plus (Synapse and TMW preferred).
• PC literate with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Leads, material handlers, admin and inventory clerks across multiple sites.
• Oversee inventory accounts, records, and audits across 1st shift.
• Manage packaging, receiving, procurement, shipping, and invoicing of stock.
• Analyze stock levels and respond to client inventory requests.
