Job summary

Reser’s is seeking a maintenance associate for our Vista, CA production plant to coordinate daily maintenance work, train team members, and troubleshoot equipment in a refrigerated environment. Candidates should have 3–5 years of maintenance experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent; training as a mechanic or Industrial Engineer is preferred, and English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans daily work schedules for maintenance employees.
• Trains maintenance team in equipment operations, safety, and repair.
• Orders mechanical parts and supplies as needed.
• Troubleshoots machinery problems and malfunctions.
• Reports mechanical issues that require outside support.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality is required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.
