Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods in Vista, CA is seeking a maintenance professional to coordinate daily work schedules, train staff, order parts, troubleshoot machinery, and ensure safety and GMP adherence.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and preferred training as a mechanic or industrial engineer; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus. This is a full-time hourly position with overtime as needed and compensation from $30.50 to $38.13 per hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years maintenance experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: training as a mechanic or Industrial Engineer.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans daily work schedules for maintenance employees.
• Trains maintenance team in equipment operations, safety, and repair.
• Orders mechanical parts and supplies as needed.
• Troubleshoots machinery problems and malfunctions.
• Reports mechanical issues that require outside support.
• Completes daily maintenance reports.
• Follows company safety guidelines and GMPs.
• Regular attendance and punctuality is required.
