Job summary

Certified Meat Products in Fresno, CA is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and refrigeration systems in a refrigerated food-production facility. You will follow preventive and predictive maintenance, document activities, and support cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.

The role requires 1+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, CMMS experience, and the ability to obtain

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Technical training preferred.
EPA 608 Certification preferred.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-system issues.
Repair, replace, and install motors, bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, sensors, valves, and wiring.
Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot refrigeration systems, temperature controls, and associated components (EPA-compliant).
Calibrate instrumentation, sensors, and control devices to maintain operational accuracy.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
Safely perform and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Document maintenance activities in the CMMS.
