Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and SOPs.
  • Basic math skills for offsets and simple calculations.
  • Familiarity with standard measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and fabricate hydraulic motors and steering units based on blueprints, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Monitor machining operations to ensure parts meet exact specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to machine operations, tooling, or part quality.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment to ensure safety and adherence to company standards.
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as necessary.
