Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and meet MVR criteria per policy.
• Warehousing and material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain certification to operate all required motorized material handling and rigging equipment.
• Strong reading and written communication skills; legible handwriting.
• Basic measurement and arithmetic skills; ability to convert units as needed.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Sound decision-making based on knowledge and experience.
• Ability to develop good working relationships with supervisors and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Move inventory and materials using forklift, side loader, or crane.
• Unload and load trucks and customer vehicles; prep orders for shipping.
• Tag and document material locations, maintain stock accuracy.
• Spot-check inventory and assist with cycle counts as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Support local delivery when needed with non-DOT truck.
• Follow safety and quality standards at all times.
