Job summary

Atkore International in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Forklift Operator for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7 AM - 3 PM). Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, this role handles materials in production, inventory accuracy, and shipments.

You will pull and verify materials, deliver at work centers, inspect for quality, and prepare finished stock for shipment. The job requires lifting up to 50 lbs and availability for overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience operating a forklift or similar equipment.
• Experience with paperwork and scanning is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify, label, and stock inventory and record locations.
• Pull materials and verify materials for production orders.
• Deliver and open materials at work centers to support production.
• Receive deliveries and move goods to correct locations.
• Inspect materials for quality and quantity and report discrepancies.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment and document units shipped.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain 5S and PPE compliance; follow safety procedures.
