Job summary

CHEP is hiring a TPM Operator in Front Royal, VA for a first shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. You will sort pallets, remove debris, and operate a forklift to move pallets and materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires safety awareness, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and good teamwork. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, paid time off after 90 days, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial, fast-paced environment with equipment.
• Forklift operation experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of safety procedures relevant to forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Pallet Sorting: sort pallets from docks to sort line and remove debris.
• Material Handling & Forklift Operation: move pallets and materials securely.
• Loading and Unloading: assist with trucks/containers using forklift.
• Safety and Compliance: wear PPE and report hazards immediately.
