Job summary

CHEP is hiring an TPM Operator in Salisbury, NC to sort and move pallets safely throughout the facility. You will operate a forklift, remove debris, and ensure pallets meet quality standards while maintaining throughput on a fast-paced shift.

We offer full benefits from day one, weekly pay, a second shift from Sunday to Thursday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, and opportunities for growth. Candidates should have warehouse experience, forklift certification, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial, fast-paced environments with equipment.
• Forklift operation experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations for forklift operations.
• Ability to complete tasks with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets and move them safely through the facility.
• Operate the forklift to transport pallets and containers.
• Load/unload pallets and assist with pallet handling tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE daily.
