Job summary

CHEP is seeking a TPM Operator in Front Royal, VA to sort pallets, operate a forklift, and move materials across the plant while adhering to safety standards. The role offers a fast-paced environment and opportunities for growth within our supply chain team.

You will be responsible for pallet handling, loading/unloading, and maintaining equipment, with strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, fast-paced environments with heavy equipment.
• Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Valid Forklift Operator certification or license preferred.
• Ability to complete tasks safely and efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets from loading docks to sort line/area and ensure cleanliness.
• Operate forklift to move pallets, containers, and materials throughout the plant.
• Load and unload trucks or containers; handle up to 40 lbs and follow safety rules.
• Follow safety protocols, report hazards, and wear PPE daily.
• Support a fast-paced shift as a TPM Operator in Front Royal, VA.
